1. Publisher of the site The website llma.be (the "Site") is published by S&R SRL, whose details are set out above.
2. Hosting The Site is hosted by Combell NV/SA, whose registered office is at Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Ghent, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0541.977.701.
3. Nature of the activity LLMA provides legal and transactional advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, governance and shareholding structuring, for Belgian small and medium-sized enterprises. LLMA operates outside the Bar and is, as such, neither bound by the professional secrecy obligations applicable to lawyers (avocats), nor entitled to represent its clients before a court.
4. Intellectual property All elements comprising the Site (texts, graphics, logos, layout, structure) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law.
