1. Introduction This privacy policy is intended to inform users of the website llma.be (the "Site") about how their personal data is collected, processed and protected, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR") and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

  • the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form (name, e-mail address, and any other information you choose to include in the body of your message);
  • technical connection data strictly necessary for the operation of the Site (e.g. technical logs kept by the hosting provider), to the extent that the hosting provider Combell manages these for its own purposes.

4. Purposes of processing Data collected through the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or request for information and, where applicable, entering into a contractual relationship if your enquiry leads to an engagement with LLMA.

6. Recipients of the data The data collected is intended exclusively for LLMA. It may be processed, on behalf of and under the instructions of LLMA, by its technical service providers, in particular Microsoft (Microsoft 365 environment, e-mail) and Combell (hosting of the Site). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Transfers outside the European Union Data is, in principle, hosted within the European Union. Any residual transfer outside the EU, in particular in connection with Microsoft 365 services, is governed by the contractual safeguards put in place by that provider (standard contractual clauses).

8. Retention period

  • 12 months from the last contact, for data originating from the contact form that does not lead to an engagement;
